How to enroll
A parent/guardian must enroll a student who is entering a Cincinnati Public School for the first time and should bring the following documents to the school:
- Proof of address
- Birth certificate
- Health record
- Final report card
- Verification of kindergarten attendance, if entering first grade
The parent/guardian will be asked to complete a four-page Student Registration Information Packet. The packet should be updated as information changes. A few specific hints on filling out the form may be helpful.
